Our organization is growing, and we are currently seeking a product-focused business development/sales agent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and a solid grasp of healthcare marketing strategies and tactics. We are seeking an independent agent who will expand our client base and enhance our brand visibility. The priority goal is to create and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and practices. Earn between $200-$1500 per credible lead and/or signed contract. Create your schedule and work around your personal life during normal business hours. You must still be available to reach contacts at reasonable hours!

Expected qualifications include:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Robust organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in marketing technologies, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and web analytics

- Independent work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Key responsibilities will involve:

-Make initial contact with prospects through referrals or cold calls

-Conduct sales presentation and marketing materials for prospective customers

-Follow-up with emails, phone calls, or thank you cards.

- Analyzing marketing trends

- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to stimulate business growth and meet sales goals

- Identifying and engaging new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and networking

- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions

- Leading sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to finalize deals and acquire new business

- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive efforts and optimize business prospects

- Keeping up-to-date with industry movements, competitor actions, and market shifts to inform sales and marketing approaches.
