Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our team. The manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.

Duties:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures when needed
- Provide leadership in fiscal management, budgeting, payroll management, revenue management, and expense management
- Conduct business analysis to drive strategic decision-making
- Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Lead financial audits and tax preparation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive corporate finance initiatives
- Optimize profit loss through effective financial strategies

Skills:
- Proven experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility financial leadership role
- Strong background in corporate finance, public accounting, and financial planning
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Proficiency in fiscal management, revenue management, expense management, and profit loss optimization
- Excellent business analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making
