We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team and lead the charge in enhancing our operational processes. As the Business Process Improvement Manager, you will lead the Business Process Improvement Team in analyzing and enhancing our operational processes. You will oversee process improvement and automated workflow efforts, ensuring that our solutions are strategically aligned with Royal’s overall business strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and influence the analysis and improvement of processes across the organization, implementing solutions including automated workflows where appropriate.
Manage and develop department team members, setting clear goals and monitoring progress.
Lead the organization’s use of Nautilus as a document management system.
Implement, train, mentor, and execute Royal’s process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, design thinking, and Lean.
Plan, implement, monitor, report, and close work requests, defining scope, deliverables, measurements, success criteria, risks, status updates, lessons learned, and securing necessary resources.
Communicate and live Royal Credit Union's core purpose, values, and organizational culture daily.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Three years of experience facilitating process improvement efforts.
Two years of experience working on efforts that require a strong technological aptitude with a working knowledge of technology concepts, including automation, data analysis, and information security.
Experience mentoring and/or leading individuals.
Preferred Education/Experience:
Certification in process improvement methodologies, including Lean or Six Sigma.
Previous Supervisory experience.
Work Schedule:
This is a full time, exempt level position. Work schedule will vary with the hours of office.

Training:
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
