Business Process Optimization Manager manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Manager engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. Implements the tools required to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. Introduces new business processes to the organization and produces documentation, tools, and training to support adoption. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Process Optimization Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Process Optimization Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     A Full-time, 12-month position responsible for overseeing and directing the financial transactions of Nazareth Elementary School in conjunction with the Principal of the school and the Director of Finance for the Sisters of St. Joseph of Rochester. The position involves compliance reporting, administration of employee compensation and benefits, preparation of the annual budget and subsequent monthly financial statements. The Business Manager is responsible for student accounts receivable, administration of the tuition assistance program, and preparation of disbursements, cash receipts and deposits on a timely basis. A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in corporate or non-profit is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, General Ledger and billing software (SAGE Accounting a plus), and payroll processing (currently ADP). Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others, be flexible, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Nazareth Elementary serves children in PreK - 6. A love for children and a desire to work with a diverse student population in a faith-filled, supportive learning environment and ability to work as a part of the school community required.

    Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000. Benefits include health insurance contribution, paid time off, and profit sharing plan.
