Business Process Optimization Specialist jobs in Bakersfield, CA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis, value stream mapping, current state process mappings,
  and identify solutions to business challenges.
• Compile business data using knowledge specific to sales and marketing teams to
  gain insight into a business organization and current operating structures, and
  work closely with data scientists to evaluate the needs of business.
• Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis
  of current/to-be processes during workshops with key sponsors and
  stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of objectives and plans to realize the value
  through specific business outcomes as well as product adoption key metrics
  Act as a trusted advisor with stakeholders throughout the engagement.
