As an Office Specialist your main duties will include, but not limited to:

• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide customer service and sell Accurate services when appropriate
• File backflow certifications with the county as needed
• Interact with field staff and assist with logistics as needed
• Collaborate with management to troubleshoot any process/system issues

Qualifications:

• Strong typing and computer skills strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Background in plumbing and/or construction industries a plus
• At least 3 years office experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
