Canon Business Process Services is hiring experienced Document Imaging Specialists for a temporary position in Downtown Columbus.
Responsibilities
- Performs harddocument scanning, indexing and archiving
- Retrieves electronic and hard copy assets fromrepository
- Searches electronic sources to retrieve andvalidate document data
- Maintains the security of documents containingsensitive data/information
- Implement scanning or other automated data entry procedures, using imaging devices and document imaging software.
- Prepare and record changes to official documents and confirm changes with legal and compliance management staff.
- Operate large plotters and scanners for the purpose of printing and scanning documents to credit digital files.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Requires a professional attitude and appearance.
- Work requires high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
