    We are looking for an experienced Dynamics Process Support Specialist to join our Dynamics Team. We’re looking for someone who can complement our current technical support with strong business process support.

    GP Process Support Specialist

    Responsibilities

    Provide implementation consulting for Dynamics GP and related third-party products

    Assist with developing and improving of business processes and internal procedures

    Conduct hands on training for clients

    Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development

    Develop creative solutions to challenging business issues

    Ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters

    Report on project status to other project team members

    Support users with software and technology issues

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or MIS preferred

    Minimum of five years of working knowledge of Dynamics GP preferred

    Strong business process background and experience esp. logistics / supply chain and accounting

    Strong SQL skills a must

    SSRS Reporting experience.

    Scribe Integration experience.

    Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

    Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented

    Experience in project management of medium complex projects appreciated

    Understanding of business and information technology processes

    Must be able to interact with various levels of Management and other team members.
