This is a remote opportunity with the ability to travel occasionally as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leads team of Business Consultants providing business process design services to customers to include collecting and analyzing data, developing solutions, and making recommendations to improve organizational productivity Collects information about what customer organizations do, their primary goals, and how they operate Identifies existing and potential issues for customers to include identifying inconsistencies, redundancies, or inefficiencies in various aspects of the organization, and makes recommended adjustments to resolve or prevent them Works closely with customer process owners, senior leaders, and other team members to address the opportunities for improvement identified and makes suggestions for how customers can operate more efficiently and effectively Leads analysis of alternatives for improving organizations and business processes and develops comprehensive documenting strategies to help organize and record new processes Creates standard operating procedures for customers to follow in support of improved business processes Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams and performs planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business 5 years of relevant experience Strong grasp of business process mapping processes and documentation Good data gathering and analysis skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Good research, writing, and presentation skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrable business and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired Security Clearance Requirements: US citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
