The Job at a Glance

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions Inc. is looking for self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our counter team to assist customers in person and by phone. You will check parts in from suppliers, locate parts on shelves, and prepare customer orders for pick up or shipment. You’ll build strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment while creating an excellent (and fun!) experience every time. Your passion to go above and beyond for our customers and strong attention to detail is essential in this role!

A Typical Day

• Assist with will call counter orders by processing, receiving, picking, packing and shipping inventory
• Navigate our Distribution center and counter area to prepare parts orders for UPS shipments and tackle inventory control tasks
• Take a high volume of phone calls and deliver exceptional customer service every time

To Land This Opportunity

• You have strong attention to detail and enjoy learning new things in a fast-paced environment
• You’re a team player with a desire to grow and passion for learning
• You have customer solutions experience (face to face or over the phone customer service experience is a plus!)
• You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (verbal and written). Bonus points if you are Bilingual!
• You possess strong organizational skills and basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access knowledge, you will earn GOLD STARS!)
• You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 30lbs unassisted
