Position Summary:
This person will be providing support to both our internal and external customers. We’re looking for an individual who can communicate effectively on the phone and in-person; who pays attention to detail and enjoys helping others and serving our clients; who is self-motivated and ready to serve our business with professionalism, organization and flexibility; and enjoys a varied environment.
Responsibilities and Functions:
Responsible for assisting customers with familiarizing clients with FBP’s systems and processes regarding their maintenance and lease agreements. Answer and assist with incoming calls to resolve all matters related to the administration of their account with FBP and to establish a working relationship with the client to troubleshoot any issues related to their supplies, support agreements, meters or lease billings or any other post-sales concerns.
Act as liaison between sales and leasing company if needed for information on service contracts; manage the customer’s account by communication with customer about any large overage or invoices if they ae non-customary charges; assist client with maintaining current A/R due and maintain notes regarding client communication in LOB and CRM software.
Supports other team members within the organization with accurate and timely responses on a variety of activities and requests
Qualifications for Customer Experience Specialist:
· At least one year of Customer Service experience preferred
· Highly motivated, organized self-starter who can perform well alone and in a team environment, providing a high degree of customer service.
· Ability to function and multi-task in our high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
· High School diploma or GED
· Excellent phone and written skills
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Computer/ Equipment – Ability to use and learn multiple computer software and systems and other office equipment, Microsoft Office proficient.
Language – Ability to read, analyze and comprehend the English language. Speaks clear. Able to write professional reports and emails. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations and interactions with others in person and via the phone.
Time Management – Managing one’s own time and meeting deadlines
Teamwork – the ability to collaborate and cooperate to get the job done
