Business Process Specialist, Sr. researches, analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Collects and studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Being a Business Process Specialist, Sr. develops process documentation and project plans. Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Additionally, Business Process Specialist, Sr. supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects' design and implementation phases. Designs and prepares documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes. May deliver training to impacted business units. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Business Process Specialist, Sr. works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. We are searching for a Business Analyst - Kronos to independently perform business analysis, programming functions, and provide end user support for the Kronos application. This is a techno-functional analyst position, which requires strong functional-analytical skills. Carry out various duties in support of Kronos system and end users including but not limited to; performing analysis and documentation of workflow; assessment of system needs and requirements including planning and design. Must know Advanced Scheduler, Timekeeper, Extensions and Analytics. Coordinate work efforts with applicable MIS consultants and organizational personnel. Create training materials and train end-user staff. Document and troubleshoot work involved in systems implementation and maintenance. Act as liaison to all end users. Provide functional or technical supervision of other employees in the same or related classification(s) where supervisory responsibility is limited to occasional direction, guidance, explanation, etc. Act as a Kronos applications expert and assume training responsibilities as needed.
