Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and listen to customer concernss and or requests regarding their vehicle.
• Schedule Service and Sales Appointments for customers
• Conduct outbound calls, text and emails to customers.
• Prioritize and determine urgency level
• Work well under stressful conditions which may include the handling of a large volume of incoming calls, text and emails from customers and scheduling.
• Enter data into a variety of computer programs (good typing and phone stills are a plus)
• Be responsible for any other projects as assigned by the department manager and/or service manager
