Business Process Systems Consultant researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the systems of an organization. Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices of the organization's business systems. Being a Business Process Systems Consultant simulates and tests process system improvements. Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units. Additionally, Business Process Systems Consultant requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Business Process Systems Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Qualifications:
Required: Must hold a Master’s Degree in Education (Sped or Counseling) and/or a Psychological Examiners Certificate. Must be willing to take additional courses in testing and counseling if needed.

Purpose: The goal of the Process Consultant is to facilitate the Special Education or 504 processes at the district and building levels, to maintain compliance, and to assist staff with meeting the individual needs of SJSD students with an IEP or 504.
