The main responsibilities of this position include, but is not limited to, traveling to customer sites to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve copier/printer maintenance and repair issues, in a designated territory. You will be required to manage and maintain and accurate inventory of parts, tools and supplies. We pride ourselves on our high standards of customer service. You will be required to maintain that level of customer service satisfaction and to meet these goals in a timely, courteous, and cost effective manner.
The required qualifications for this position are general mechanical and volt meter experience. Proficiency with MS office applications, outlook, and basic networking. Strong communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people is desired. Must be self-motivated, able to perform with little direct supervision and have excellent time management skills.
A degree in Electrical Technology along with familiarity of printer/scanner networking is a plus.
