As a member of the Business Excellence “BizEX” team you will support LoanCare’s efforts to continuously improve our business operations that deliver an exceptional customer experience, increase the quality and efficiency of our work.  BizEx will ensure the business process leverages the best possible technology available to ensure LoanCare stays ahead of our competition. 

Responsibilities

• Direct the business process reengineering efforts; asses, design, deploy and monitor optimized business processes using an agile mindset that streamlines existing processes through simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs in business and technology.
• Conduct process analysis, data collection, and feedback from stakeholders to identify and analyze the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of current processes.
• Define key process indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of the process change. Regularly assess the impact of process improvements on business outcomes.
• Document business process requirements and process diagram flow, review business policy and procedure documentation, and review with stakeholders.
• Work with the project team to plan and facilitate process redesign projects from initiation to completion. Monitor progress, identify and manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage communication of the team's vision, progress, and indicators of success. Prepare and present reports on project status, improvements achieved, and future recommendations to leadership with an executive presence.
• Champion the evolution of LoanCare’s culture for continuous business process optimization through automation and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline; MBA or Master’s Degree a plus.
• 7 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, processing engineering, or consulting.
• 3-5 years of experience working in the financial services industry, especially in the mortgage loan servicing industry, is a plus.
• Experience deploying initiatives that leverage data and technological solutions such as business process workflow automation, intelligent automation (RPA), machine learning, and AI.
• Specific experience utilizing business process reengineering tools and frameworks (value stream mapping, SIPOC, business process modeling notation (BPMN), flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, discrete event simulation, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with expert-level ability to influence and affect change at all levels of the organization without direct lines of authority.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated abilities leading multiple cross-functional teams and projects that successfully delivered results on time and within budget.

WORK CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late, or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.
