Position Role/Tile: Sr. Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant
Location: Seattle, WA .
Responsibilities:- Partner with the Microsoft internal and external business teams, and engineering to analyze, design, create, execute, and release CRM implementations.
- Translate business requirements specs into the technical design to accommodate updates to the existing CRM implementation
- Own and create technical designs, and review them with Dynamics 365 architect and coordinate parallel development efforts
- Document and train end users in CRM system use
Basic Qualifications- 5 years of Dynamics 365 CRM customization capabilities
- Build new entities, fields, forms, view, workflows, business rules, business process flows from business and technical requirements
- Support changes in existing integration by defining newly needed fields and integration processes
- Migrate customizations between CRM instances (dev, test, prod) coordinating with parallel development paths
- Experience in working in combination with the CRM developers to build/maintain all custom coding interacting with Dynamics CRM. Integrations, Plugins, Workflow extensions, Etc.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM system support
- Monitor system and proactively fix and prioritize any Dynamics CRM issues found or reported
- Ability to troubleshoot Dynamics CRM system and current integrations to maintain the system
- Ability to use the build in Data Import and Update processes to maintain/fix any data related issues found in bulk as needed
Preferred Qualifications
(Big bonus if they have this also but really need the ability to work in Combination with CRM developer instead of being one but if they also have these skills, get them)- 1 years of development skills
