The Facilities Manager is part of the Facilities & Maintenance Team. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):

• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life cycle requirements.
• Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency by applying 5S principles to facility design.
• Coordinate intra-office moves.
• Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations in all Process Technology Locations.
• Insure cleanliness of all facilities both inside and outside of the buildings.
• Assure security of all facilities.
• Overseeing the Maintenance Supervisor
• Creating Capital Expenditure requests to senior management
• Assist Supply Chain in negotiating facility contracts.
• Coordinate with all other departments on operations strategy.
• Resolve urgent problems with assets that cause production downtime.
• Audit all global facilities and implement actions based upon findings.
• Manage KPIs, scorecards, budgets, and facility invoices.
• Partner with EHS to ensure a safe and secure facility.
• Resolve safety concerns with a sense of urgency.
• Promote sustainability and other Environmental Social Governance values.
• Work with Purchasing in the selection and management of all facilities, equipment, and grounds contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of global facility management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of EPA Regulations
• Travel required to support Wisconsin, Mexico, and other locations as needed.
• Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets.
• Background in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical wiring, and Machine Maintenance a plus.
