Synthesize large amounts of narrative and statistical data. 3. Implement procedures that improves the workflow efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Perform validation methods and procedures to ensure that requirements meet proposed specifications or standards. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
