Who are you?

• Security-cleared Professional: You have made it through the process of receiving a United States government security clearance – congratulations! We know you are a trustworthy intel professional because you have an active Secret security clearance.
• Education is important to us: You have a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• We need your experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 10 years of experience in a Business Owner role.
• Work from home: Position is fully remote with occasional travel to the main work site for special events.

What we do:

The Business Owner (BO) will partner with Government business owners, who are ultimately responsible for business outcomes, to ensure alignment, availability, and performance of contractor resources within the Agile Release Train.

What you’ll do:

• Eliminate impediments and assist in the coordination of resources within the contractor organization

• Actively participate in all SAFe ceremonies, in concert with Government Business Owners, to facilitate cohesiveness, alignment on vision, and relentless improvement within the ART leading to optimal value delivery.

• Embody lean agile leadership qualities and adherence to SAFe Core Values.

• Seek opportunities to employ Business Owner roles and responsibilities, as described by the SAFe framework, within the contractor sphere of influence which contributes to optimization of overall ART execution.

• SAFe Program Consultant certification is preferred.
