Business Process Technology Consultant jobs in Riverside, CA
Business Process Technology Consultant consults with client companies in order to evaluate and recommend technology solutions that will facilitate the accomplishment of the client's business goals. Analyzes the client's business strategy, operations, and current technology architecture in order to develop options for new technologies that will optimize the company's functions and business processes. Being a Business Process Technology Consultant provides consultation regarding solutions planning, impact analysis, risk assessment, and budgeting. May provide financial analysis to determine ROI/ROA of proposed solutions. Additionally, Business Process Technology Consultant requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Business Process Technology Consultant occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Business Process Technology Consultant typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Overview
The Site Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the office services team. Delivers office services such as document processing and retention, mail and messenger, office equipment, purchasing, and facilities maintenance that meet the needs of the client.
Responsibilities
- Assist Site Manager in the supervision of activities at site location
- Supervise tasks or special projects at site location
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among employees or between client and staff (involving Site Manager if needed)
- Train new employees on job duties and cross training of current staff
- Complete required logs, reports and other paperwork
- Perform quality check on all work
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent with some college preferred
- At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred in reprographic/mail setting
- Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must
- Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines
- Possess strong communication skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Physical activity required including bending, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting or standing
- May lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
