We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our Finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and possess a strong skillset in Syspro ERP, business analysis, SQL, VB.NET, and developer end-user documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experts to provide exceptional business analysis and support services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and user manuals to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Analyze data using SQL and other data analysis tools to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and accuracy of system changes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Participate in project planning and management activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis in the finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Syspro ERP, SQL, VB.NET, and developer end-user documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
