Tower Strategy Group is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to fill a full-time Business Operations Analyst position in our Alexandria, VA office. The ideal candidate should possess robust organizational and time management skills and be able to work well both individually and on a team. We are a boutique strategy consulting firm and much of our work requires communication both in-house and with our clients. Therefore, as a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of our fast-paced work.

In the Business Operations Analyst role, you would be given substantial responsibility and the opportunity to be involved in a meaningful way to support and contribute to the growth of the firm through supporting the day-to-day management and further development of the firm’s internal processes, institutional knowledge, and tools and methods.

Tower Strategy Group is a strategy consulting firm focused on business transformation and market expansion. We support the C-suite, President, Vice President-level and senior management at FORTUNE 500 companies and the Federal government. We execute high-impact engagements that allow our clients to understand industry structure, identify and pursue new growth opportunities, determine how to increase market share, and improve their operational performance.

Applicants must be graduates of top universities with a Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience. A resume and cover letter are required for consideration.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Working on internal initiatives including creating marketing collateral, supporting knowledge management, supporting development of our fu.sion ACCELERATOR digital platform, helping to evaluate and support new tools to aid in the delivery of our client work (e.g., use cases for AI tools), etc.
• Being responsible for managing and tracking internal databases for business development, project management, Federal compliance, etc.
• Supporting business development efforts for both Public and Private sector clients including research, outreach, and proposal compliance and development
• Supporting team members on client projects including conducting research, producing deliverables, preparing for workshops, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, etc.
• Supporting Human Resources (HR), Operations, and Administration activities such as recruiting, website content management, booking travel, managing calendars, completing timesheets, updating employee handbook, etc.
• Supporting Finance functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc.
• Administrative and other duties as assigned to support senior leadership, including helping to manage the calendar and schedule for our Managing Director

Required experience:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision and collaborate within a team
• Knowledge management experience with Dropbox and SharePoint
• Excellent communications skills
• Microsoft Office suite (emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel)
• Adobe suite (emphasis on Acrobat and InDesign)

Preferred experience/skills:

• Federal contracting and Federal BD research
• Squarespace
