TMC Technologies is in search of a Business Analyst to join our team in support of the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services Division.  The FBI CJIS Information Technology Shared Services/Enterprise requires an Agile Scrum team to support the development of architecture-based assets for CJIS. The primary focus of this effort will be to develop a vision and direction for CJIS-based systems in the areas of Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data Management (including technology related to data lakes) and Cloud computing. This team will create and maintain a Center of Excellence for these areas, providing consistent direction, lessons learned, prototype support, and forward leaning roadmaps for CJIS systems.  The candidate must be a US Citizen and possess an active Top Secret clearance to start due to federal contract requirements.  This position is considered to be fully remote.

Active Top Secret clearance required

Bachelor's degree preferred

At least five (5) years of experience in the following areas is required:
- Coordinating and maintaining clear documentation efforts
- Developing new and innovative ways to share Enterprise Architecture level information with multiple organizations
- Developing clear and aesthetically pleasing presentation materials for Enterprise Architecture-level concepts and activities
- Providing support to Enterprise Architects supporting multiple technology efforts across the organization

At least two (2) years of supporting development using Agile methodologies; SAFe experience is preferred.
