The Support Specialist, Business and IT Programs oversees the daily operational functions of a large division. The Support Specialist is the primary caretaker of division workflow, student support, faculty support, scheduling and cancellation operations, initiation of paperwork for personnel and payroll action, follow-up on compliance reporting, grade submissions and provide guidance and support to students and general division efforts. This position requires the need for flexibility and continual reassessment of priorities.
About the Business and IT Division:
The Business & IT Programs (BUS) Division services approximately 40 – 50 full time faculty and staff members and over 100 adjunct faculty, as well as daily support to the Division Dean. The Division oversees 18 programs at five PCC campuses and online and serves a variety of student, faculty and community populations.
