Business & Systems Analyst jobs in Colorado

East West Hospitality is looking for skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst! You'll work closely with business partners to streamline processes and ensure our back-office solutions meet our needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver efficient business systems. Responsibilities include:

• Relationship Management: Establish strong stakeholder connections and prioritize exceptional service.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain clear process, technical, and training documentation.
• Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for application configuration and issue resolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with vendors and internal teams for system enhancements and data integrations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, lead new application implementations, and support team success with flexibility.

Location: Denver Metro / Avon, CO preferred, Remote may be considered in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, SC, TX, UT, WA

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $75,000 (range may vary depending on work location and experience)

Successful candidates will have:

• 2-4 years of business analyst experience preferred, or similar role with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for excellent customer service and professional communication
• The ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement in a positive and constructive way.
• Ability to travel as needed to assist with special projects or implementations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
