As a Business Systems Analyst at ARMI, you will be a vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives. You will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks related to our software products and services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate the current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, particularly Procore, Sage Intacct, ADP, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Design and implement solutions that leverage Procore for construction project management, Sage Intacct for financial management, ADP for payroll and HR services, Microsoft Power BI for business analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and end-users to ensure system compatibility and user satisfaction.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and integrations, ensuring minimal impact on day-to-day operations.
• Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and administration.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and improvements within the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Procore, Sage Intacct, ADP, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Certifications related to Procore, Sage Intacct, ADP, and/or Microsoft Power BI.
