Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):
Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Three (3) years of professional full-time administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience designing and documenting workflows and analyzing complex business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Knowledge of Peoplesoft. Experience in a Financial Aid office. Proficiency in SQL and/or PS Query. Experience with external partner system integration. Experience in multiple modules of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Ability to translate end users' needs into process flows. Experience in a Higher Education environment.
Brief Description of Duties:
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the operational efficacy and quality of the organization's business processes and system performance. The Business Systems Analyst will design and document workflows, manage new business ideas, and conceptualize technological advancements within our PeopleSoft environment. Key attributes required include creative thinking, self-motivation, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

This is a full-time appointment. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Minimum salary threshold must be met to maintain FLSA exemption.
In addition to the employee's base salary, this position is eligible for $3,087 UUP annual location pay, paid biweekly.
