This role is hybrid onsite, four days per week in the Hampton Roads, VA area.

Active Secret clearance is required as a precondition of employment.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience: 10 years in DoD/Navy programs and/or policies.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team, focusing on enhancing our operations within DoD/Navy programs and policies. This role is pivotal in developing, analyzing, evaluating, and advising on methods and procedures to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize extensive knowledge of field’s concepts, practices, and procedures to plan and accomplish goals.
• Perform a wide range of complicated tasks independently, leveraging experience and judgment.
• Provide consultation on complex projects, acting as a top-level contributor/specialist.
• May lead and direct the work of others, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Develop and improve work methods, organizational procedures, manpower utilization, and management controls.
• Formulate and enforce work standards, manage contractor schedules, and supervise contractor personnel.
• Ensure effective distribution of work assignments and delegation of authority.
• Advise on the optimization of information and documentation systems.
• Communicate the organization’s policies, purposes, and goals to team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Demonstrated familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks, including leading and directing the work of others.
• Experience in developing, analyzing, and advising on the effectiveness of work methods and procedures.
• Strong capability in formulating and enforcing work standards, as well as supervising personnel.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey the organization’s objectives effectively.
• Experience in managing complex projects and serving as a subject matter expert.

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in DoD/Navy programs and/or policies, with a demonstrated track record of success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
