This new role for Titan Health is essential for the growth of the organization. This key member will serve as the project leader of our data and operational teams needs. Understanding ongoing updates to data structure, quality and capabilities to arm our operational team with the most robust data sets to accomplish our clients’ needs and drive revenue.

A strong background in data as well as hospital and physician revenue cycle processes is necessary to be successful in this role.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Revenue Cycle knowledge is critical for this role.
• Conduct analysis of current data processes and platforms. Test data processes and recommend improvements. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing/implementing solutions.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Coordinate with departmental teams to produce better business outcomes.
• Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights.
• Communicate with key stakeholders.
• Attention to detail is essential for this role to be successful.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations with stakeholders in a variety of different settings.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Documents business requirements definitions, test plans, and variance analysis.
• Data quality and data architecture requirements from the perspective of the businesses. This is in cooperation with the database designer/developer and software developer.
• Automation planning and scheduling. Determines the business and client conditions and requirements for all automation including scheduling.
• Gathers and documents requirements for all reporting including change management.
• Familiar with change management methodologies. Has experience work within a Scrum software development framework.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of agile, scrum, and water-fall frameworks of development.
• Use documentation tools like Word, Visio, and PowerPoint to create technical documents.
• Use SQL skills to create ad hoc queries including building data models for proof-of-concept applications.
• Good understanding of cloud computing, client server architecture and systems.
