The Business Systems Analyst at Martin-Baker America is responsible for gathering and implementing business technology requirements. This position encompasses business applications used in the day-to-day functions of Martin-Baker America and works closely with all company stakeholders and IT professionals to prioritize and implement solutions for the business.

Key responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:

• Work with company stakeholders to gather requirements and needs regarding company supported software applications.
• Prioritize requests based upon internal needs and resource availability.
• Implement solutions for Microsoft 365, SAP, and other applications as requested.
• Design and implement workflows for Sharepoint, Teams, other Microsoft 365 applications, as well as other cloud and local applications.
• Create SharePoint and Teams sites as requested by the business.
• Work with stakeholders to achieve and maintain Martin-Baker America's paperless initiatives.
• Work with IT team in the implementation of solutions, and the IT Supervisor in scheduling resources for more in depth requirements.
• Develop and maintain an understanding into Martin-Baker America business processes and procedures.
• Attend regular meetings with stakeholders as required.

Martin-Baker America is located in Johnstown Pennsylvania. We manufacture subassemblies for ejection seats and build crashworthy seats for helicopters.
