Oversee all aspects of customer relationships including customer service, loan and deposit maintenance, cross-selling other bank products and services and loan monitoring. Manage account overdrafts, approve / process customer wires and recommend loans, loan modifications, and loan monitoring reports for approval.
Solicit new commercial loan and deposit relationships and grow existing relationships through in-person meetings, electronic communication and public/networking events.
