    As the System Administrator, you will be supporting the operations and systems users in the installation and maturation of the buildings IT systems. Ongoing steady state responsibilities will include working with operations on ongoing upgrades of the warehouse management system.

    Essential Functions & Summary of Responsibilities: List in order of importance. Use action verbs to describe.
    Support production environments including Windows Server 2008-2016, AD and other core Windows infrastructure components, IIS, SQL 2008-2016, VMWare ESXi/VCenter, Exchange 2016 messaging, NetApp, Airwatch, Landesk/Ivanti, SolarWinds, RSA, SnapProtect, F5 BigIP load balancers, Barracuda, Voltage, BitDefender, Citrix, .NET, Volmetric, Splunk and WSUS
    Install, administer and manage VMWare ESXi, Windows based servers (physical and Virtual), SAN Storage, and backup processes
    Monitor System environments, respond to system performance issues, respond to system alerts, manage disk space, assist developers with server related issue
    Build Servers, Install Operating system, Install Software, Update and Monitor F5 BigIP load balancers
    Maintain Hardware and Software inventories
    Execute Patch management processes
    Active Directory / Group policy management
    Ensure operating standards are developed, maintained and adhered to
    Create and update documentation
    Resolve complex requests escalated by others
    Identify opportunities for infrastructure and process improvements.
    Work with various teams to ensure system configurations are in compliance with corporate policies and control standards.
    Review and discuss technical issues, assess and document recommended changes, SLAs, processes and support improvement.
    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications Requirement (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

    5 years of designing and working with Windows Server operating systems environments.
    Exposure to SAN design, implementation and support
    Knowledge of hosting Virtual Servers, SaaS, Single Sign-on (SSO), .NET/ASP environments focusing on system performance and high availability
    Knowledge and familiarity of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS), Minimum Acceptable Risk Standards for Exchanges (MARS-e), Center for Information Security (CIS), Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) is desired
    Strong system and infrastructure support / design skills
    Good knowledge of the following technology areas:
    SAN, security compliance and VMWare virtualization technology
    Experience in creating process and procedural documentation
    Solid LAN/WAN skills

    Education/Training Requirements:

    BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years related work experience.
