- Project Coordinator-Customer Care Position

The Customer Care Specialist bears direct accountability for the welfare of each designated client. The Specialist will offer proficient client service, aimed at resolving everyday issues, answering queries, or implementing changes for assigned clients. Additionally, the Customer Care Specialist is tasked with effectively communicating, verbal and written. Be proactive at troubleshooting issues to the relevant resources and providing necessary details and actions to resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. This role demands some technical acumen, strong organizational abilities, and a dedication to client satisfaction. The position entails managing multiple customer requests concurrently and is charged with spearheading and executing projects within the stipulated timeframe, ensuring service readiness through quality checks, and adeptly guiding cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee customer care projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly
• Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement
• Positive customer experience
Minimum Qualifications:
• Prefer 3 years experience in Customer Support
• Prefer 3 years in a Project Management setting
• Requires minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Requires Technical Writing Skills

• Positive and open to learning new experiences and skills
• Basic understanding of project management principles

Working Conditions:
• Majority of work is conducted in a standard office setting
• Additional work hours may be required to ensure successful project completion
• Travel to client sites is occasionally required
