Responsibilities:

• Cleans, sets and resets tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties
• Removes full tubs from bus stations to dishwashing area for cleaning and maintains a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station at all times in order to improve efficiency and productivity
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
• Stacks trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding and ensures proper safety standards at all times
• Retrieves cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distributes to each service station in order to keep a supply available for restaurant use
• Stocks supplies in proper places and rotates stock at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds ocassionally
• Be able to stand and walk for entire shift
• Tolerate the heat of the Lowcountry
• Willing to share in working weekends and holidays
