As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects, including stucco work, mold remediation, roof repairs, door hanging, remodeling, concrete forming, drywall installation, maintenance person tasks, siding installation, and heavy lifting. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist with the construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties
- Perform stucco work, including applying and finishing stucco materials
- Install and repair roofs, including shingles and flashing
- Hang doors and install hardware
- Assist with remodeling projects, including framing, flooring installation, and painting
- Install drywall and finish surfaces to prepare for painting or wallpapering
- Perform general maintenance person tasks as needed
- Install siding materials on buildings
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer or similar role
- Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools
- Knowledge of stucco application and finishing techniques
- Experience in roof repairs and installation
- Ability to hang doors accurately and efficiently
- Skilled in remodeling tasks such as framing and flooring installation
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques for foundations and structures
- Experience in drywall installation and finishing
- General maintenance person skills for various maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with siding installation methods
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment safely
