- Assist with the construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties
- Perform stucco work, including applying and finishing stucco materials
- Install and repair roofs, including shingles and flashing
- Hang doors and install hardware
- Assist with remodeling projects, including framing, flooring installation, and painting
- Install drywall and finish surfaces to prepare for painting or wallpapering
- Perform general maintenance person tasks as needed
- Install siding materials on buildings
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required

- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer or similar role
- Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools
