We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CAD Drafter at our Corporate Headquarters in Crystal Lake, IL.

Job Responsibilities

· Create and modify engineering drawings in conformance with GK standards defining equipment and parts for manufacture.

· Generate bills of material as required for release to manufacturing.

· Effectively use available technology to enhance productivity.

· Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, ensuring that all requirements are met.

· Work within a team environment, working closely with Design and Production Engineers, and our Manufacturing team.

· Fully support the Company’s ISO objectives, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, Technical Associate degree preferred. 
• Working knowledge of computer aided design systems, preferably Inventor.
• Two years CAD drafting work experience or equivalent preferred.
• Prior Mechanical Engineering course work a plus.
• The ability to take ownership and show support for work related initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
