Pay:

Pay is $12.50 starting out. With tips you can average well into the $20 to $25 an hour range, depending on the day. We will consider hourly pay increase starting at 6 months of employment to 1 year of employment.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent customer service skills are essential. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating delicious drinks, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to make high-quality drinks
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with food preparation as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
