Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team at Contento Café. As a barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers while upholding our high standards for quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew, with precision and care.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, and offering recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and seating spaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure timely restocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
