Duties will include overseeing/training personnel; maintaining highest standards of food, beverage, and service quality; supervising, ordering, and receiving wine, liquor, and beverages; maintaining a clean, safe, and hospitable facility; daily/weekly/monthly inventories; holding staff meetings and daily pre-shift meetings; maintaining/updating social media; working directly with owner to improve all areas of business operations.
