Well established NW neighborhood restaurant in search of Front of House Manager. Cafe Nell is searching for a unique person to help carry out our traditions while helping charge into tomorrow! We are a high volume, high quality restaurant and we are looking for someone to help keep us performing at the highest level. We are looking for a service oriented individual that will work tirelessly to ensure that every interaction with our guests, employees and community is done with care and integrity. Our new Front of House Manager is a person that has the integrity to always do what is right even when it is not expected and especially when it may be hard. Experience is nice (3-5 years) but we will hire for desire if you demonstrate your desire to go to the next level. This is not your typical restaurant; average is the enemy here, so only those who wish to lead, grow and do the fun parts along with tough parts need apply. . We will depend on you but you in turn can depend on us.

Duties will include overseeing/training personnel; maintaining highest standards of food, beverage, and service quality; supervising, ordering, and receiving wine, liquor, and beverages; maintaining a clean, safe, and hospitable facility; daily/weekly/monthly inventories; holding staff meetings and daily pre-shift meetings; maintaining/updating social media; working directly with owner to improve all areas of business operations.

We are offering a compensation package of $55M - $75M with room for growth as well as health/dental insurance.
