We are looking for someone to add appointments to our schedule! Are you good on the phone and believe you can manage people to do the same? We're looking for a Call Center Manager with a strong background in customer service, strong communication skills and an ability to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a team of Call Center Representatives and will possess the ability to monitor performance, find solutions to problems and take initiative when necessary. The Call Center Manager is also responsible for conducting regular performance evaluations and reviewing progress with employees to ensure the company's goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate the team to achieve results.
• Coach and guide the team by building their skills and expertise.

• Make follow up calls from prior leads
• keep track of performace
• payroll for your staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Appointment Setting: 1 year (Required)
• Cold calling: 1 year (Required)
