    Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Call Center Manager to lead our team of customer service representatives. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
    Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency, including optimizing workflows and utilizing technology effectively.
    Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
    Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center staff.
    Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
    Prepare regular reports and presentations on call center performance and key metrics for senior management.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    Proven experience in a call center management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
    Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus.
