TELEMARKETING CALL CENTER MANAGER

Bath Planet of St. Louis & More is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Call Center Manager to supervise the operations of our call center and representatives. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Call Center Management, Home Improvement Sales, and Telemarketing Management. Familiarity with CRM software and dialing systems would be considered an asset. The candidate must also possess team-building and motivating skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance call center performance

- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas of improvement

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Call Center Management is required

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Home Improvement Sales is required

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Telemarketing Management is required

- Familiarity with CRM software and dialing systems will be considered an asset

- Strong leadership, Team building, and Motivation skills are highly preferred

- Conflict management and resolution skills are a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
