  • The Call Center Manager will be able to design and lead the customer experience and react to customer interactions for meeting or exceeding customer expectations; thereby increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals and departments.
    JOB DUTIES (Summarized)
    • Coordinate, monitor, and communicate projects and programs
    • Monitor and evaluate the outbound and inbound interactions and workflow to ensure performance standards and are met; including volume and quality goals
    • Accountable for employees who are assigned partnership-related functions
    • Responsible for the daily activity of assigned business unit policies and procedures
    • Proactively identify customer needs and develop and implement solutions.
    • Work with all Key Accounts and Mega Dealers to make sure they receive the best customer service.
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Required Education – High School Diploma
      • Preferred Education – Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree
    • Required Work Experience – 2 to 5 years call center environment and managerial experience.
    • Competencies (Preferred):
      • Problem Solving Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Planning & Organizational Skills
    • To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
    • Required Skills
      • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, public speaking and technical writing
      • Must have demonstrated ability to develop and leverage collaborative relationships
      • Ability to effectively work as a part of a team and team building skills
