Roto Rooter is seeking a full time Call Center Manager to guide our Customer Service Representative/Dispatchers on scheduling appointments for our customers, technical issues, billing complications and getting connected with the right departments within the company. The ideal candidate is an amazing solutionary, and high-fact-finding member for the company.
The Call Center Manager loves to serve others and maintains a super positive attitude. You are organized with extremely high attention to detail. You can pivot quickly when needed and help solve issues brought to you promptly. Also gifted in email communication in a way that feels both friendly and professional. You are known for creating solutions and transformational leadership.
