    Call Center Scheduler | Part time
    Be able to work a combination of overnight hours. Schedule includes weekends.
    This part time position; works as a remote team member of our after hours staffing center. This Scheduler assists staff with call offs, fills emergent needs and communicates with staff and locations.
    Candidates must be able to:
    • Work independently
    • Display good customer service skills
    • Perform and communicate all duties in a professional manner
    • Have a strong work ethic and be able to keep all shift commitments
    • Be computer savvy
    • Possess great customer service skills
    • Be detail oriented
    • Have knowledge of healthcare industry, preferably in a long term care setting
    • Be dependable; this is a key position
    This is a remote position after the initial training period (train 1 week or less at our North Canton location). You must live local to our home office in North Canton, OH and be able to travel to our office for equipment/training needs. Candidate must have internet access at remote home location and have professional environment to work from.
