We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in account management and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Work Location: On the road
