Camera Operator operates cameras, broadcasting or video recording cameras, and equipment to photograph various subjects and subject material. May be expected to maintain a variety of program/transmitter logs. Being a Camera Operator requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Camera Operator relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Job description and duties include:
- Ability to use a multi-camera system to survey daily selling operations.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to be clear and concise in communication with teams and management.
- Asset protection background is preferred but not required.
- Effectively able to monitor transactions and discern and communicate with management if there are any flags.
- Ability to partner with local law enforcement and effectively communicate with them during an apprehension.
- Ability to handle time sensitive and legal paperwork delicately and confidentially.
- Ability to work 38-40 hours a week
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
