Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture operates videotape machines, disk-based file servers, camera control units, studio cameras, video switchers, audio mixers and other equipment used in the broadcast of live and taped television programming. May be expected to maintain a variety of program/transmitter logs. Being a Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.     Position Summary: The Management (Trainee) will be a learning focused position. The training will focus on building and maintaining a customer base through direct sales initiatives while developing and maintaining positive relationships. There will also be a heavy focus on learning all aspects of customer service for both inside and retail sales and all aspects of warehouse operations.

    In this role you will learn how to:

    • Cold-call on new potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain customer relationships with current and potential accounts.
    • Apply creativity to solve problems.
    • Develop, maintain and share product knowledge.
    • Demonstrate new products, enter quotations.
    • Continually increase/maintain profit levels.
    • Sell products to new accounts.
    • Develop and coordinate target accounts for branch.
    • Address and resolve all customer requests, complaints and objections with a positive and creative approach.
    • Interview, hire and manage, coach, mentor, train, and support all direct reports.
    • Manage margins and costs to achieve net profitability goals.
    • Learn to provide user support and solutions for our ERP system (Prophet 21).
    • Develop and implement programs to meet customer requirements.
    • Assist in managing supplier relationships.
    • Provide customer support with technical product information and preparing thorough and accurate quotes, order acknowledgements, samples, and supporting sales literature.
    • Generate and maintain accurate required documentation, including quotations.
    • Promote employee teamwork and motivation, including employee recognition.
    • Develop ideas that help MFCP improve customer service, systems and procedures.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Must be over the age of 21 to apply as driving will be required. 
    • Preferred Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree.
    • Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required
    • Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Solid computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus
    • Must be a good listener with above average reasoning ability and make minimal mistakes. Must be a good learner whom can assimilate product knowledge and skills as they are presented
    • Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities.
    • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
    • Employees work in a collaborative team environment, employee must be physically present in the office to perform his/her job functions.
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed. Work environment may vary including: warehouse containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements, office work, manufacturing, machine shops, agricultural operations, and any other specific business operations of current or potential customers. The physical demands and work environment reflected are representative of those encountered by employees when performing the essential job functions.     Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/yearly
