Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture operates videotape machines, disk-based file servers, camera control units, studio cameras, video switchers, audio mixers and other equipment used in the broadcast of live and taped television programming. May be expected to maintain a variety of program/transmitter logs. Being a Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Basic Functions
Class A CDL Groundman/Operators skilled in construction, maintenance and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems. This position works at various locations and may also be required to travel to another state depending on customer demands
Responsibilities
Lineman will work safely in new construction, maintenance or repair work of energized and de-energized overhead work. Overhead wire, set poles and anchors, installs transformers, lightening arrestors, cutouts, crossarms, insulators, switches and switchgear. Will troubleshoot primary and secondary systems, replaces cutout fuses and clears faulted circuits and systems. Capable to safely install and remove mechanical jumpers, understanding how to obtain a one shot on a re-closer. Must be able to climb different types of structures (wood, steel, etc.) and possess the necessary tools to do so.
